We accept various payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes; please note that a nominal convenience fee of ₹29 is applied to all COD orders to ensure secure processing.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love what you bought! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (such as the wrong t-shirt size or a faulty gadget), you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

4. How long does delivery usually take?

Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. For regional orders within West Bengal or North India, delivery may be slightly faster. You will see an estimated delivery date at the time of checkout.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
